Recreational Gymnastics can have a positive impact on child development in various ways. It helps to improve Agility, balance, coordination, speed and flexibility, which can enhance physical health and wellbeing. Additionally, Recreational Gymnastics can promote cognitive development, basic locomotor skills like running, jumping, hop, kick, throw, catch, dodge, skiping. It also encourages discipline, perseverance, and self-confidence as children learn and master new skills. Participating in Recreational Gymnastics can also foster social skills and friendships as children work together and support each other in a fun and challenging environment. Overall, recreational gymnastics can be a great way for children to develop physical, cognitive, and social skills while having fun and staying active.

Our age group wise Recreational Gymnastics program

  1. Little Hooper – Beginner level, Advised age group 4 – 6 years.

  2. Tumble Tuck - Intermediate Level, Advised age group 7 – 10 years.

  3. Star Kidz -  Pre Competitive Level,  Advised age group 11 – 14 years.

Program features

Recreational Gymnastics is a unique development program based on 8 levels, designed to focus on

  • upgrading every child to the benchmark of physical ability by way of training in various discipline of gymnastics, Mallkhamb, Rope Mallkhamb and mind training by way of using tools such as brain sync exercise, right brain game, NLP for sports.

  • To create a disciplined schedule of training assessments, Analytical parameters of various fitness assessments, gymnastics assessments, Anthropometric measurements, Orientation on Diet & Nutrition at regular intervals for continual improvement.

  • Recreational Gymnastics brings the unique benefit of building not just physical ability but life skills as well as brings the confidence in every child which is the need of life.
